John Wright was born in the Rottenrow in Scotland in 1967. He grew up in the council estates of Glasgow.

From this bleak backdrop grew a vivid visual imagination that has helped John establish himself as a leading photographer and film maker for iconic brands including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Elie Saab and British GQ. His archive also features iconic portraits of an impressive array of stars, such as Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen.
